What to do?

So I am dealing with a dilemma. First I am a little alarmed. At the same time I am impressed.
I am alarmed at the tactics of the Democrats. They are doing everything they can to wrongfully discredit all opponents, they are denying reality and making outrageous claims that are proven to be lies.
Yet I gotta tell you if half the stuff they do say is true then we ought to be giving these people major kudos and even sports contracts.

One of the situations I am referring to is a democrat senator who claims that a conservative threw a rock through his office headquarters in his home state. (oh those evil conservatives).

Turns out though that the office in question was 30 stories off the ground. I mean WOW that guy needs to be in sports!

Then there is the case of a man who allegedly spit, that's right spit, on a senator while said politician was walking through the crowds beside Ms. Pelosi on the way to congress.
Unfortunately for the politician the whole event was filmed and the film proof denies what he claims.

apparently a group has claimed they are going to defeat the tea party movement by exaggerating the actions of said group. they outright have claimed they will go out and infiltrate the tea party and deliberately misspell signs and they will loudly hurl epithets and in general act racist and whatever.

So all the things that we see going on that are so negative about the tea party are, apparently, deliberately engineered to discredit the tea party.

This is a little scary because what they are doing is denying people the chance to practice their constitutional rights.

I have to say that I am offended by these actions because I served in the U.S. Military to protect the freedoms that they are trying to walk all over.

if you cannot accept the fact that there are people who disagree with you or your view then you shouldn't be here.

and that brings me to one more point I keep wanting to make...

I live(d?) in the United States of America and I loved my country.

I loved my country because, while it was not perfect, it was a place that was created on a different premise... that "all men are created equal" and we saw a major difference in our country because of that.

We had better health care available to us because of our freedoms, we had the ability to say what we wanted without fear, we had the ability to live the life we wanted without interference from other people.

Now we have people saying "we need to have health care like Canada, or like France or like England.

My view is that if you want the health care offered in England or Canada or whatever then you need to move to those countries! The funny thing is that all the Canadians who could afford to would come here for their health care. If the Canadian system is so good why do they have to come here?

And similar concern is raised regarding all the other countries used as examples.

I mean both Canada and Mexico have the state sponsored health care option and yet we still get hundreds of illegal aliens coming up from Mexico for health care because even the cheap options here (E.R.'s) are a thousand times better than what is in Mexico. And as I said before the Canadians who can afford it come here too.

I say leave the health care alone... or is this really an effort to keep the illegals out? maybe that's it? if they are coming here to use the health care we have then if we change the care maybe they will stay away...

Whatever. I want the Government to keep their hands to themselves and stop trying to fix things in ways that make them worse.
